Calendar Integrations
Keep Wellbooked and your everyday calendar in sync, both ways.
Overview
Connect a calendar so Wellbooked never double-books you. Once connected, two things happen automatically: your existing busy times block your Wellbooked availability, and every new Wellbooked booking is added as an event on your calendar. Set this up on the Integrations page.
Google Calendar
Click Connectand sign in with Google to authorize access. After connecting, choose which of your Google calendars should block your availability — busy times on those calendars will keep people from booking over them. New bookings are written back to your calendar. The card shows the connected account and when it last synced, and you can sync on demand any time.
Apple iCloud Calendar
Apple uses an app-specific password rather than a sign-in popup. Generate one at appleid.apple.com (Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords), then enter your Apple ID email and that password on the Apple iCloud Calendar card. Two-factor authentication must be on for your Apple ID. Busy times then block your availability and new bookings are added to iCloud.
Outlook Calendar
Click Connect and sign in with Microsoft to authorize access. As with Google, your busy times block availability and new bookings are added to your Outlook calendar, with last-synced status shown on the card.
Block out times from an iCal URL
If your calendar service offers an iCal (.ics) link — common with Fastmail, Zoho, and others — paste it under Block out appointments from an iCal URL and click Add Feed. Events from that feed block your availability. This one is read-only: it blocks times but doesn't write bookings back. You can add more than one feed.
Subscribe to your bookings
The Bookings Calendar Feed works the other way: copy its link and add it as a calendar subscription in any app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and more) to see your Wellbooked bookings alongside everything else, kept in sync automatically. Keep this link private — if you ever Regenerate URL, the old link stops working and you'll need to re-subscribe with the new one.
How syncing affects your availability
Connected calendars refresh automatically, and they also sync when someone opens your booking page so the times shown are current. Busy events are simply removed from your open slots — on top of your weekly hours and each appointment type's scheduling rules.
