Share your link, make the page yours, and add it to your website.

Your booking link

Your public page lives at wellbooked.net/your-username and lists your active appointment types. Find your link at the top of Settings, where you can copy, share, or open it. Each appointment type also has its own link on its detail page.

Changing your username

Your username sets your link, and you can change it under Profile in Settings. You get 2 changes in any 30 days. Usernames are 3–30 characters: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Your old link keeps redirecting to the new one, so links you've already shared still work.

Profile & branding

Profile — display name, bio, welcome message, and a website URL that your logo links to.
Branding — your logo (square or circle), whether to show your display name, and a background banner with an optional color overlay.
Theme Color — the overall look of your booking page, from a preset or a custom color.
Accent Color — the color for highlights and the confirm button. Choose Match appointment types to use each appointment type's own color instead.
Show Wellbooked Branding — Expert plans can turn this off.

Direct links & pre-selected durations

Open an appointment type to copy a Direct linking URL that skips straight to that service. If it offers several durations, you can pre-select one. To keep a service off your public page, set its visibility to Unlisted and share its private link. See Appointment types.

Adding it to your website

Embedding is included on every plan and works with WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and any builder that accepts HTML.

Your whole page — on the Integrations page, find Embed on Your Website, choose whether to show your logo and display name, and click Copy Code.
One appointment type — open the appointment type and copy its Embed code.
