Plans & Billing

• Free — $0. 1 appointment type, calendar sync, your own logo and colors, and website embedding.
• Starter — $5/month. 5 appointment types, payments, and additional guests, with custom intake forms as an optional add-on.
• Pro — $15/month. 10 appointment types, text reminders, and custom intake forms.
• Expert — $30/month. Unlimited appointment types, the option to hide Wellbooked branding, and priority support.

Every plan has unlimited bookings. Taking payments is included on Starter, Pro and Expert, and during a trial. On Free, prices are shown to bookers but aren't collected online. Compare everything on the pricing page.

Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial, and you don't need a card to begin. We'll remind you before it ends. If you set up a paid subscription during the trial, your card is first charged when the trial ends. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan.

Choose a new plan on the Billing page. To update your card or see invoices, click Manage. Your past invoices are also under Billing history.

Starter plans can add Custom intake forms for $5/month from the Billing page, and remove them there too. They're already included on Pro and Expert.

To cancel, choose Switch to Free on the Billing page. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months.

Have an invite code? Enter it under Have an invite code? on the Billing page.

Under Export Data in Settings, you can download your bookings as an .ical file and your appointment types as a .json file.
